Are you a compassionate nurse looking to make a meaningful impact every day? Do you want to play a key role in supporting our young people’s health and wellbeing? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Prior’s Court exists to transform the lives of the autistic young people with complex needs in our care; to help them achieve the impossible and give their families the magic moments they never thought they would have.
At our West Berkshire-based charity, we employ around 500 staff, working full-time, part-time or as flexible workers to provide 24-hour support, 52 weeks a year.
Most staff are based in our education and care teams, working directly with our young people to ensure they have the support to make progress in all areas of their lives. We also have dedicated staff working behind the scenes in a range of roles to ensure the smooth running of our services.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
