Functional Assessor – Nurse, Physio, Paramedic or OT
Location: Hybrid Working (2 days from home / 3 days in the Assessment Centre)
About the Role
This role is ideal for clinicians with diverse experience across a wide range of adult health conditions. If your background has been confined to a single speciality or limited patient group, this role may not be the best match.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply clinical judgement to assess how health conditions impact daily living through:
- Telephone
- Video
- In-person assessments
- Compile structured, evidence-based reports (no hands-on care or shift work required).

Requirements (Essential)
- NMC or HCPC registration (dependent on discipline)
- Minimum 12 months’ recent UK post-registration experience
- Practicing in the UK for the last 12 months
- Experience working with varied adult conditions across different scenarios
- Excellent written communication and computer skills
