Functional Assessor – Nurse, Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Occupational Therapist
Hybrid Working (2 days from home / 3 days in the Assessment Centre)
This role is best suited to clinicians with broad experience across a wide range of adult health conditions. If your experience has been focused on a single specialty or a limited patient group, this role is unlikely to be the right fit. The Role
Utilise your clinical judgement to assess how health conditions impact daily living—conducting evaluations via telephone, video, or in-person assessments. You’ll:

- Produce structured, evidence-based reports
- Operate without hands-on care or shift work requirements
Requirements (Essential)
- NMC registration (for nurses) or HCPC registration (for physiotherapists, paramedics, or occupational therapists)
- Minimum 12 months’ recent UK post-registration experience
- Practicing in the UK for the last 12 months
- Experience working with varied adult conditions across different clinical scenarios
- Strong written communication and computer skills
