About the Role

Are you a confident Registered Nurse ready to step into a leadership position and make a genuine impact? We're looking for a motivated Nurse Deputy Manager to join our management team at Chichester Court. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of the home, enhance clinical standards, develop the team, and foster resident wellbeing.


Responsibilities

  • Leading shifts and supporting clinical excellence across the home
  • Collaborating with the Home Manager on compliance, audits, and care standards
  • Supporting and mentoring staff while ensuring professional development
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners
  • Driving a positive and inclusive care culture

Requirements

  • A qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
  • Leadership experience (or eagerness to step into a senior role)
  • A caring, confident communicator with exceptional teamwork skills
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care ({desirable})
  • Level 3 in Adult Social Care ({required})
