Are you an experienced Nurse Endoscopist looking for flexible weekend work in the Dorset area?

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Endoscopist to support NHS services across the region on weekends. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong background in endoscopy to earn extra income while maintaining flexibility.

Clinical Duties • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures (e.g., gastroscopy, colonoscopy, bronchoscopy, ERCP, EUS, cystoscopy depending on specialty). • Assess patient indications, risks, and contraindications prior to procedures. • Obtain informed consent and provide pre- and post-procedure counselling. • Interpret endoscopic findings and integrate them into patient management plans. • Perform endoscopic interventions such as biopsy, polypectomy, hemostasis, dilation, stent placement, or foreign body removal. • Manage complications and respond promptly to emergencies.

What Were Looking For: • Minimum of 2 years' experience • Previous experience within the NHS is essential • Strong understanding of endoscopy procedures and equipment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliable and committed to delivering safe, effective care
