About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse Hysteroscopist to be part of our growing, friendly and dynamic, multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be using their own initiative working with the key stakeholders to develop our Nurse Hysteroscopy Service within the Jessop Wing and work within the MDT delivering a patient-focused, effective hysteroscopy service. A commitment to individualised patient care, evidence-based practice, teaching, and health promotion is essential.
Requirements
- Extensive post-registration experience at AFC Band 5 and experience within a relevant speciality.
- Evidence of continuing education and professional development within the relevant speciality.
- A recognised teaching qualification and a healthcare-related degree or evidence of working towards.
- A track record of implementing change.
- Highly skilled communicator with the ability to use effective verbal, written, and IT skills.
- Ensure patients receive timely, evidence-based care and a positive patient experience.
