Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Pain Management
Outpatient | Office-Based | Weekdays Only | Training & Ongoing Support Provided
Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 + Productivity Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm
Practice Setting: Outpatient Interventional Pain Management
Travel: Some travel between clinic sites

Pain management is a specialty — but you do NOT need pain management experience to succeed here.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient pain management practice. This is an office-based role focused on scheduled outpatient visits, patient education, and collaborative care.
- No Pain Management Experience Required
- ~2 weeks of hands-on initial training
- Daily, ongoing access to supervising physicians
- Collaborative environment — you are never practicing alone

Success In This Role Depends On

What You’ll Do
- Conduct pain-focused histories and physical exams
- Manage acute and chronic pain conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Develop and follow treatment plans for outpatient visits
- Provide pre- and post-procedure follow-up care
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps
- Prescribe medications per state and practice guidelines
- Document visits clearly in the EMR
- Collaborate daily with physicians, MAs, and clinical staff
Training & Ongoing Support
Approximately 2 weeks of hands-on onboarding Side-by-side training in:
- Pain-focused assessments
- Patient communication and education
- Treatment planning and follow-up visits

Permanent supervising support — physicians are always available to:
- Answer questions
- Review plans
- Provide guidance on complex cases
Qualifications
- Licensed NP or PA-C (new graduates welcome)
- Active, unrestricted state license
- National certification
- BLS/CPR required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- $100,000–$125,000 base salary
