Acton Medical Associates, PC
Acton Medical Associates, PC, a busy primary care practice, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for our Internal Medicine department.
The NP will participate in a care team model, collaborating with primary care physicians to care for a panel of patients with a variety of primary care needs including routine physicals, chronic disease management, and urgent care.
This is a full-time position consisting of 8 clinical sessions (4 full days or 3 full days and 2 half days). Occasional Saturday urgent care coverage will be required. No night or weekend call.
We participate in a care team model that does not require NPs to carry a panel of patients. The NPs work within a care team with approximately 2-3 PCPs to provide comprehensive preventive care, chronic disease management, transitional care out of the hospital setting, and urgent care for adult patients age 18-end of life.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
