Nurse Practitioner Opportunity
We are looking for a nurse practitioner to join the team at 10 Hammersmith Broadway as part of Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust. We are proud to be a modern, patient-focused clinic providing excellent HIV and sexual and reproductive healthcare in West London.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We would expect you to have the ability to work and lead effectively amongst a multidisciplinary team across an innovative service. You will also have strong advanced practice skills and knowledge and be committed to your ongoing professional development and that of the 10 Hammersmith Broadway service.
Key Responsibilities
- To be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services within the context of a clinical governance framework.
- To provide clinical leadership to staff within the area, working in close collaboration and cooperation with members of the multi-professional team and outside agencies.
- To establish and maintain collaborative working with clinical and educational networks.
- To ensure that all activities in the area are carried out within the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital Foundation Trust and Directorate policy guidelines.
- To lead as part of the Heads of Department on specified development and outreach projects within the clinic.
