Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Outpatient Pain Management
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights, Weekends, or Call
Outpatient Interventional Pain Management
Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 + Productivity Bonus
Schedule: 8:00am–5:00pm Monday to Friday
Travel: Occasional travel between clinic locations

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient pain management team. This is a structured, office-based role focused on patient care, education, and collaboration with experienced physicians.
You’ll receive hands-on onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and daily access to physician support in a team-based environment where collaboration is part of the culture.

What You’ll Do
- Perform pain-focused histories and physical exams
- Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Provide pre- and post-procedure follow-up care
- Educate patients on diagnoses, procedures, medications, and treatment expectations
- Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations and practice guidelines
- Document patient visits accurately in the EMR
- Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and clinical staff
Training & Support
We are committed to setting providers up for success.
Your onboarding includes approximately two weeks of side-by-side training focused on:
- Pain-focused assessments
- Treatment planning and follow-up care
- Patient communication and education
- Workflow and documentation support
Beyond Onboarding, Supervising Physicians Remain Readily Available For
- Clinical questions
- Treatment plan collaboration
- Guidance on complex patient cases
- Ongoing mentorship and development

Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Active, unrestricted state license
- National certification required
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
