Registered Nurse – Exceptional Nursing Home Opportunity (Chickerell, Weymouth)

One of the UK’s leading healthcare providers has a fantastic opportunity for a committed Registered Nurse to join an exemplary nursing home specialising in:

  • General nursing
  • Dementia care
  • Residential and respite care
  • Rated Good by the CQC

About the Role

You will be working in a supportive and rewarding environment, contributing to high-quality care for residents in our Weymouth-based facility.


Essential Requirements

  • Qualified & registered as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin

Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Accurately assess resident needs and prioritise their care
  • Administer medication & treatments in line with NMC guidelines and company policies
  • Maintain residents’ care plans in collaboration with families, relatives, and healthcare professionals
  • Monitor residents’ health, report concerns, and arrange GP/professional visits when necessary
