Are you a Practitioner with a Level 7 qualification in Minor Illness and Injuries looking for a rewarding role? Do you want to utilise all the skills from your training in a rewarding environment?

We are seeking Nursing/Paramedics who are committed to working as part of our Urgent Care Team to deliver an excellent and caring service to our patients.
We have a multidisciplinary workforce which consists primarily of Advanced Clinicians and Emergency Practitioners trained in both adult and paediatric disciplines, who are supported by GPs.
As we are a 7-day service, we are looking for Nurse or Paramedic Practitioners who can work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends. Our shifts range from 7.5 hours – 12.5 hours. As we understand the need for flexible working, we are offering a bank contract to work around your current commitments.

What you'll be doing:
The main patient groups are patients with minor injury and minor illness. Patients who present to the Urgent Treatment Centre are managed by our expert team of Practitioners/Clinicians with an undifferentiated diagnosis through a process of assessment, formulation of a clinical management plan, and subsequently discharge or transfer for definitive care.

What we’ll look for in you:
- Experience as an Emergency Nurse/Paramedic Practitioner or relevant specialist assessment practitioner skills
- Qualified to level 7 or above in minor injuries and/or illness
- A passion for delivering high-quality patient care
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care
- A commitment to continual personal and professional development
