Reception Duties
Act as the first point of contact for parents, carers, visitors, and external professionals.
Provide a welcoming, professional, and friendly front-of-house service.
Answer and direct telephone calls, take accurate messages, and respond to routine enquiries.
Monitor visitor entry, ensuring sign-in procedures are followed in line with safeguarding requirements.

Maintain accurate visitor records and support attendance monitoring.

Administrative Responsibilities
Filing, scanning, photocopying, and record keeping.
Data entry and updating electronic records using nursery management systems.
Maintaining accurate and confidential child and family records.

Support the admissions process, including preparing enrolment documentation and maintaining waiting lists.
Assist with general office organisation and workflow improvements.
Support the Nursery Manager and leadership team with administrative duties as required.
Participate fully in apprenticeship training and complete coursework within agreed timescales.
