Modern Apprentice – Early Years
About Toad Hall Nursery
Are you looking to start a career in Early Years, return to work, or make a meaningful career change?
At Toad Hall Nursery, we welcome applicants aged 17+, who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. We are recruiting enthusiastic Modern Apprentices to train alongside our experienced childcare professionals while working towards a Level 3 qualification in Early Years.

Apprenticeship Structure
- Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Training: 20% of time allocated for off-the-job learning (e.g., tasks guided by an assessor)
- Support: Dedicated guidance from your training provider and the nursery team
