Nursery Assistant
Nursery Assistants – Early Years Support Roles (Bristol)
Team Educate are currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring Nursery Assistants to support early years settings across Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a real difference in young children’s development.
The Role
- Supporting children in their early years development (ages 0–5)
- Assisting with daily nursery routines, including play, meals, and activities
- Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Working alongside staff to support children’s learning through play
- Supporting children with additional needs where required
The Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about working with young children
- Patient, caring, and reliable
- Confident in a nursery or early years setting
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
- Previous experience in childcare is desirable, but not essential
