Location: Dicky Birds, Maple Road Day Nursery, Surbiton, London

Organisation: Part of Grandir UK

Salary: £10.85 – £12.71 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications, with regular pay reviews)

About the Role

You will play a key role in caring for, supporting, and inspiring our children, encouraging their curiosity and helping them thrive every day as a Nursery Assistant.

About Our Nursery

Our mission is to create a nurturing home-from-home where children explore the world through fun and engaging activities.

  • Exceptional Early Years education, ensuring children develop lifelong skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising and supporting children at all times
  • Preparing and assisting with activities under guidance from Level 3 qualified practitioners
  • Maintaining a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment
  • Following company policies, safeguarding procedures, and operational practices
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
