Nursery Assistant

Salary: £22,568 to £26,437 (depending on experience and qualifications, with regular pay reviews)

About the Role
Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Peterborough is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in caring for, supporting, and inspiring our children, encouraging their curiosity and helping them thrive daily.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support children at all times
- Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
- Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment for children
- Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices
- Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
- Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required
