About the Role
Are you an experienced Nursery Assistant passionate about Early Years? An Independent School in Hammersmith is seeking to hire a Permanent Nursery Assistant/Nursery Nurse for all-year-round support.
Key Details
- Location: Hammersmith & Fulham (Primary Nursery School)
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: 42 hours per week
- Start Date: Flexible (summer/autumn availability)
- Additional Benefits:
- 38 holiday days, including bank holidays
- Nursery closures in Christmas (January) and August
- Bonus payments after 6 months and 12 months

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nursery Assistant
- Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare, Early Years, or Teaching Assistant qualification required
- Commitment to delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the EYFS framework
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with class teachers to deliver structured lessons for early-year learners
- Support in achieving an enriching, play-based curriculum using indoor/outdoor resources
- Promote a supportive, stimulating learning environment
- Contribute to nurturing children’s foundational early years development
