The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high standards of care and education, tailoring support to each child’s individual needs
- Adhere to company policies, team relationships, and parent partnerships
- Report concerns about children promptly to senior staff

- Maintain clear communication with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills
- Foster a willingness to learn and adapt

Skills and Requirements
Essential Criteria
✔ GCSEs grades 5-9 (A-C) or equivalent ✔ Confident knowledge of safeguarding policies ✔ Skills in behaviour management ✔ Experience in child observations and assessments with a grasp of child development
Preferred Qualities
🔹 Food Hygiene Level 2 certification 🔹 Familiarity with FGM (Female Genital Mutilation) awareness 🔹 Comprehensive safeguarding training 🔹 Paediatric First Aid qualification
