As a Qualified Early Years Educator, you will create engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework, helping children aged 0–5 develop socially, emotionally and academically.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues while acting as a key person for a designated group of children.
- Support children's language development by confidently communicating in both English and your additional language, celebrating cultural diversity throughout the nursery.
The successful Qualified Early Years Educator will hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification recognised in the UK and have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding childcare.
- Previous nursery experience, excellent communication skills and a sound understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS are essential.
