Our Dicky Birds Day Nursery in Raynes Park is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting, and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

About Our Nursery
Our fantastic facilities help support each child’s learning and development by allowing for fun, engaging, and educational experiences. We have dedicated areas for arts and crafts, music and movement alongside our all-weather outdoor space and lending library. Tasty, nutritious food is prepared daily, supporting the health and wellbeing of our children.

Our children spend plenty of time outside in the fresh air. What Will You Be Doing
- Supervising and supporting children at all times
- Preparing and supporting activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
- Maintaining a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment
- Following company policies, safeguarding procedures, and operational practices
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
