About the Role
St Joseph’s College is seeking inspirational and impactful Nursery Assistants to join their thriving nursery, which caters to children aged 2 to pre-school. This role is pivotal in further developing the nursery and implementing excellence in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) learning and development.
Core Responsibilities & Skills To succeed, you must demonstrate:
- Deep understanding of EYFS learning and curriculum (ages 2-5)
- Proven track record of supporting children’s learning and implementing successful initiatives
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and execute activities effectively
- Effective communication and emotional intelligence
- A positive, uplifting outlook
- Proactive and creative problem-solving (essential)
