We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As a Camp Lead at our Guildford setting you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.
Why you?
- You will be able to inspire outdoor play and learning in all weather.
- You will lead a nursery camp responsible for daily operations.
- You will support our Educators to create a safe and inclusive environment where children can be resilient and confident to explore.
- You will ensure we respond to the needs of the children in line with the EYFS framework.
- You will be able to observe and document children’s progress, guiding Educators to tailor their approach to individual needs.
- You will work collaboratively across the leadership team and other camps.
- You will be able to build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
