About our Clients

Our clients, based in Twyford, are now seeking an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join the team in this lovely nursery which fully embraces all of their outdoor spaces. Hours are 40 or 42.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary up to £37,750 depending on experience, qualifications, and hours.

What our Clients are looking for

Essential for the Nursery Deputy Manager Role:

  • A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting
  • Experience of being in a management role, supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding practices
  • Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff in the nursery setting
