About our Clients
Based in Falmouth, our clients are sourcing an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to work alongside the Nursery Manager. You will support in the day-to-day running of the setting, together with ensuring the teams in the rooms are delivering the highest possible early years education. Working a 40-hour week, our clients are offering a generous salary of approximately £31k plus, depending on experience, together with fantastic benefits.
Requirements What are Clients Looking For
Essential for the Nursery Deputy Manager Role
- A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting
- Experience of being in a management role, supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding practices
- Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff in the nursery setting
