Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum (plus annual performance review)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Shift work between 7:30am – 6:00pm)
Start Date: ASAP
Marylebone Services is delighted to recruit for a passionate, dedicated, and motivated Deputy Manager to join a dynamic nursery team in Harrow for an immediate start.
The Role
As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth, day-to-day running of the setting. You will inspire your team to deliver exceptional childcare and create a safe, stimulating environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nursery Manager in daily operational management.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of early years practitioners.
- Ensure high standards of care, education, and safeguarding are maintained.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents and carers.
- Act as Nursery Manager in their absence.
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and health and safety policies.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years, or a Montessori Diploma.
- Current, clean Enhanced DBS check and Paediatric First Aid (Essential).
- Proven experience in a senior or supervisory role within a nursery setting in the UK.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Right to Work in the UK.
