As an Education Manager at N Family, you’ll:
- Support the Nursery Manager and lead a passionate team of Early Years Educators to deliver exceptional education, outstanding customer service, and a thriving workplace culture.
- Drive high-quality teaching, inspiring learning environments, and professional growth.
- Step in as Manager in Charge when needed, ensuring operational excellence, safeguarding compliance, and stability.
In a fast-evolving sector, you’ll shape our vision—helping N Family become the most loved early years group in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, embed and elevate the N Curriculum & Pedagogy to ensure unmatched learning experiences.
- Take full ownership of SEND provision, including assessment, personalised support planning, and effective interventions.
- Champion safeguarding and wellbeing—acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required.
- Observe, coach, and role-model teaching practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide structured feedback, mentoring, and professional development across the team.
- Support daily operations, including rotas, learning environments, and safeguarding compliance.
- Foster positivity, adaptability, and passion—making every day extraordinary.

Requirements
- Previous nursery leadership experience (e.g. Deputy Manager, Third in Charge, or Nursery Manager).
- Proven track record in delivering Strong or Exceptional EYFS standards.
- Ability to inspire, guide, and develop teams through change and growth.
- Outstanding customer service with families and external stakeholders.
- Full, relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).
- Paediatric First Aid (12-hour course) + commitment to maintain compliance.
- Relevant safeguarding training, with a commitment to ongoing updates.
- A genuine passion for education and positively impactful children’s lives.
- Excellent communication skills—with parents, leaders, colleagues, and children.
