We’re looking for a passionate Nursery Educator to join our exceptional team! At Bright Little Stars, we put our staff first, offering generous bonuses twice a year, career progression opportunities, and support for further study.
This full-time role involves working with children aged 6 months to 4 years in our beautifully designed Mill Hill setting, where you’ll act as a key person, building meaningful bonds and supporting their early development. Our modern, self-contained classrooms include a free-flow outdoor garden, dedicated changing/toileting areas, a separate eating space, and state-of-the-art technology for both staff and children.

- Salary: Up to £29,300 per year, inclusive of up to 5% performance related bonus
- Flexible Work-Life Balance: Full time 40 hours (30–40 hours considered Pro rata’s salary), 5 days, 52 weeks a year
