Salary: Up to £29,090 per annum (inclusive of performance bonus)
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, non term time
Location: Bright Little Stars, Harrow
What You’ll Do
- Plan and deliver engaging, purposeful activities in line with the EYFS.
- Carry out regular observations and assessments to inform planning.
- Work closely with families to support every child’s development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Childcare Level 2 or equivalent – this is a mandatory requirement.
- A passion for early years education and child development.
- Experience in nursery, preschool or reception settings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive, nurturing and reflective approach.
