  • Craft and deliver engaging activities that inspire curiosity and creativity in our little stars aged 0–5 years.
  • Provide nurturing care and support, fostering a warm and loving environment.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, creating a space where they feel secure and valued.
  • Record and celebrate children’s achievements and milestones with enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate with your team to maintain a magical, engaging atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in the Early Years sector.
  • A passionate and caring educator who thrives in a team.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS and play-based learning.
  • Relevant early years qualifications in line with current OFSTED guidelines, minimum Level 3 (or equivalent).
  • Ideally living within a 40-minute commutable distance.
  • Experience of leading a team in an early years environment and managing a key group of children.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with the confidence to lead.
  • Empathetic, caring and friendly.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills.
