Are you a Qualified Practitioner looking to make a real difference in early years education? BLS is seeking a passionate and skilled Nursery Practitioner to join our outstanding team at Harrow. What You’ll Do
- Plan and deliver engaging, purposeful activities in line with the EYFS
- Carry out regular observations and assessments to inform planning
- Work closely with families to support every child’s development
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment

- Minimum Childcare Level 2 or Equivalent – this is a mandatory requirement
- A passion for early years education and child development
- Experience in nursery, preschool, or reception settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, nurturing, and reflective approach
