HOURS- MONDAY -FRIDAY NON TERM TIME: 40 HOURS P/WEEK
We are seeking an experienced practitioner to join our toddler room. At BLS, we have a unique approach to the early years curriculum.
Our specially designed bright learning rooms with modern facilities, outdoor spaces, and unique learning programme makes us a wonderful environment for both our staff and little ones. We believe in providing every child with plentiful learning opportunities and we work in partnership with parents and carers to ensure every child is happy.

Key Responsibilities
- Craft and deliver engaging activities that inspire curiosity and creativity in our little stars aged 0-5 years.
- Provide nurturing care and support, fostering a warm and loving environment.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of every child, creating a space where they feel secure and valued.
- Record and celebrate children’s achievements and milestones with enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a magical, engaging atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the Early Years sector
- Passionate and caring educator who thrives in a team
- Knowledge of EYFS and play-based learning
- Relevant early years qualifications in accordance with the current OFSTED guidelines, a minimum of Level 3 equivalent
- Ideally, you must live within a 40-minute commutable distance
- Experience of leading a team in an early years environment and managing a key group of children
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and confidence in leading
- Empathetic, caring, and friendly
- Excellent planning and organization skills
