About The Role
Partou Bumpkins Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a Level 3 Forest School Leaders (RQF) qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Forest School Leader.
You will:
- Secure children’s engagement in stimulating activities that support learning and development in line with the EYFS
- Deliver exceptional care and compassion, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment
- Build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families
- Design and implement regular Forest School sessions, creating nurturing, engaging outdoor activities aligned to children’s individual developmental needs

About You
This role requires:
- Level 3 Forest School Leader (RQF) qualification
- Paediatric/first-aid (outdoor specialised) certificate
- Strong understanding of EYFS framework
- Passion for early years education
- Ability to support children’s holistic learning and development
- Unwavering commitment to safeguarding regulations
- Professional development mindset
