Nursery Manager Department: Nursery Management Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Epsom, London Reporting To: Eleni Chondrogianni Compensation: £55,000 - £65,354 / year

Description Salary: £55,000 - £65,354 + 25% Bonus + £2,000 Welcome Bonus + N Partnership!

Your Mission as our founding Nursery Manager As the face of N Winchester, you will:

Assemble the Dream Team: Recruit, onboard, and inspire a brand-new team of expert Educators. Launch with Impact: Drive the opening phase, from community engagement to an "Outstandingly Outstanding" first inspection. Set the Standard: Implement the N Pedagogy, ensuring every child in Winchester gets a modern, high quality and thoughtful education. Commercial Leadership: Manage the nursery’s P&L, occupancy, and growth with the support of our Support Office team. Safeguarding Excellence: Act as the DSL and ensure a culture of safety and wellbeing from Day 1.

Are You The One? The Leader: You have at least 2 years of Nursery Manager experience (experience with new openings or large sites is a plus!). The Expert: Full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification with deep EYFS and Ofsted knowledge. The Partner: You excel at building high-trust relationships with families and local community partners.
