Nursery Manager - Redhills, Penrith
📍 Location: Redhills, Penrith 👩🏫 Position: Nursery Manager 🕒 Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week, all year round) 💷 Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead, inspire, and mentor a childcare team, ensuring the highest standards of early yearseducation and safeguarding within our vibrant childcare setting.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Nursery Manager or senior childcare leadership role
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification or above in Childcare
- Strong knowledge of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage), safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to motivate, support, and develop nursery team members
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding childcare
