Join Montessori by Busy Bees West Hampstead Fortune Green – The UK’s Leading Nursery Group

About Montessori By Busy Bees

At Busy Bees, we’re passionate about giving every child the very best start in life. As the UK’s largest nursery provider, with nearly 400 nurseries nationwide and a growing international presence, we’re proud of our award-winning workplace culture.

We believe our people are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we create an environment where every team member feels supported, valued, and inspired to grow.

Montessori is a method of education based around the Montessori theory of self-directed learning, independent exploration, and collaborative play. Within Montessori early learning environments, children are given a variety of choices in their learning, allowing them to explore and develop their knowledge of the world and develop to their full potential.

Why Work at Busy Bees?

Joining Busy Bees means becoming part of a nurturing, forward-thinking team where your ideas matter. You’ll help create safe, stimulating environments where children can learn, explore, and flourish.

You’ll also be trained in our unique Bee Curious curriculum, designed to spark imagination, build confidence, and support every stage of early childhood development.

Making a Difference Together

We’re proud to partner with BBC Children in Need, giving our teams meaningful opportunities to support local communities through fundraising and charitable initiatives that truly impact children’s lives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
