Up to £42k pa

We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As our Nursery Manager at our Farnham setting, you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment, providing children the opportunity to thrive.

Working closely with a supportive Operations team, your role is designed to focus on the delivering of our outstanding education.

Why you?

  • You will be able to inspire outdoor play and learning in all weather.
  • You will quality assess your nursery camps, giving feedback and coaching.
  • You will lead the nursery daily operations.
  • You will work with our Lead Educators to deliver our curriculum.
  • You will support our Educators and your Camp Leads to create a safe and inclusive environment where children can be resilient and confident to explore.
  • You will ensure we respond to the needs of the children in line with the EYFS framework.
  • You will be able to guide the successful observation and documentation of children’s progress, guiding Educators to tailor their approach to individual needs.
  • You will work collaboratively across the leadership team.
  • You will be able to build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
