Nursery Manager

Location: Woking

Salary: Up to £65,000 Annual bonus potential of £6,000

Key Responsibilities

As Nursery Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a team of early years professionals to deliver exceptional care and education.
  • Drive high standards across EYFS practice, implementing the Fennies 4D curriculum.
  • Ensure the highest levels of safeguarding and compliance.
  • Foster strong relationships with families and the local community.
  • Create a supportive culture where educators feel developed and empowered.
  • Champion continuous improvement in quality, occupancy, and team engagement.
  • Prepare for Ofsted inspections and maintain outstanding standards.
  • Champion Fennies’ mission of delivering an inspiring early education.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a confident, passionate, and visionary leader with:

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
  • Profound knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters, and child development.
  • Extensive experience leading early years teams.
  • A proven track record of high-quality care and education.
  • Direct experience as a Key Person and leading safeguarding, health, safety, first aid, and critical care policies.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent.
