Nursery Manager
About Our Clients
This beautiful nursery in Didcot, part of a growing group of nurseries, is seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to join their team and support the day-to-day operations of their setting. This is a 40-hour-a-week role (Monday to Friday), with a salary of approximately £45k, plus great benefits.
Requirements
Essential for the Nursery Manager Role
- A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years/Childcare (full and relevant)
- At least 4 years’ experience in early years (including 2 years in a management or team-leading role)
- Experience in leading or supporting Ofsted inspections
- A strong understanding of:
- EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
- Safeguarding
- Health & safety practices
- Proven ability to manage:
- Nursery teams
- Occupancy
- Budgets
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and learning while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
