Nursery Manager – Busy Bees Solihull Stratford Court

Salary from £40,000 + up to 25% bonus

About The Nursery

Join our friendly and dedicated team at Busy Bees Stratford Court, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with capacity for 100 children. Our experienced, long-standing staff are passionate about giving every child the very best start in life.

Conveniently located near Solihull town centre and within walking distance of Shirley, the nursery benefits from excellent public transport links, with a bus stop just a one-minute walk away and a train station within a 10-minute drive—providing easy access to central Birmingham.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional childcare
  • Drive high standards in line with the EYFS framework
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Build strong relationships with parents and the local community
  • Support continuous improvement across the nursery

About You

  • Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, CACHE, NVQ or equivalent)
  • Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Organised, proactive and commercially aware
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare
