Nursery Manager - Private Nursery | Hammersmith & Fulham | September 2026 Start

Academics is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded and well-established private nursery in Hammersmith & Fulham, currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated Nursery Manager to join their exceptional team from September 2026.

Role Details

  • Title: Nursery Manager
  • Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Start Date: September 2026 (ASAP interviews and trial days)
  • Location: Hammersmith & Fulham, London
  • Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum
  • Hours: 42 hours per week
  • Facility: All-year-round nursery

Requirements

The successful Nursery Manager will:

  • Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years/Childcare
  • Have previous experience in a Nursery Manager or senior leadership role within Early Years
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional standards of care and education
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Be organised, proactive, passionate, and committed to early childhood development
