Nursery: Nursery Manager
Location: Grimsbury Manor Nursery School, Banbury, OX16 3JX
About the Role
Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week Salary: Up to £17 per hour (experience and qualifications-based) + £1,000 welcome bonus

The Team
You will work with a supportive team, including:
- Operations Manager
- Deputy Manager
- Office Manager
- Early Years Educators
- Education coach (for Storal curriculum delivery)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As the Nursery Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring the nursery achieves its highest standards of childcare and early years education. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and guiding the team with the right policies, culture, and resources
- Identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to enhance learning, teaching techniques, or engaging environments
- Ensuring inclusivity, catering to individual child needs and fostering an environment where everyone flourishes
- Supporting educators through staff training and professional development

Requirements
We welcome applications from candidates with:
- A full and relevant Early Years Education qualification (Level 3 or above/equivalent)
- GCSE Mathematics (or equivalent)
- Experience in a managerial role, including nursery administration/similar
- A strong knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework
- Experience in staff training and support, reflecting Storal values:

- Proven leadership skills (preferably within Early Years)
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
