Nursery Manager

Nursery Manager - Make Every Day Magical!

Location: London/Greater London

Salary: Up to £45,000

Hours: 40 hours per week

We’re looking for a passionate, driven Nursery Manager to head up a welcoming, thriving nursery in the heart of Greater London - a place where children feel safe to explore, where families feel supported, and where you can lead with vision and heart.

Nursery Manager - What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the nursery with confidence, positivity, and professionalism.
  • Ensuring a happy, high-performing team where everyone feels valued and supported.
  • Driving quality across the setting - inspiring excellence in care, education, and compliance.
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and your dedicated staff team.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, staff development, and ensuring the nursery runs smoothly.
  • Creating an environment where children love to learn, grow, and express themselves.

Nursery Manager - What we’re looking for:

  • A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Childcare/Early Years.
  • Previous management or strong leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Great knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
  • A confident leader who is organised, proactive, and always puts children first.
  • Above all - someone who lives and breathes early years and loves making a difference.
