We are working with a small, welcoming nursery caring for up to 29 children, offering a warm, cozy, and nurturing environment where children, families, and staff feel valued and supported. Our nursery prides itself on providing a true home-from-home experience, creating a safe and stimulating space where every child can thrive.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our established team and oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery.
About the Role
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the setting, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, safeguarding, and compliance are maintained at all times. You will lead by example, supporting and motivating our experienced team while building strong relationships with children, families, and external professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the nursery.
- Lead, support, and develop an established team of practitioners.
- Ensure compliance with EYFS requirements, safeguarding procedures, and Ofsted standards.
- Maintain high standards of care, learning, and development for all children.
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
- Monitor occupancy, staffing levels, and nursery resources.
- Oversee staff supervision, appraisals, and training.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and nurturing nursery culture.
Essential Requirements

- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager within an early years setting.
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding childcare and early education.

Salary £35,000-£40,000 per annum
