Nursery Manager
Nursery Manager - Bexley
Are you an experienced Nursery Manager ready to take on a fresh challenge and lead a setting from the ground up?
An exceptional opportunity has arisen within a high-performing Trust as they launch two brand-new nurseries in Bexley this September. Backed by a significant nationwide £45 million investment into early years provision, this expansion is focused on reducing childcare costs, supporting working families, and improving access to high-quality early education.
These new nurseries will be based within established Primary Schools, offering a unique chance to embed strong foundations for children at the very start of their education journey.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
