Nursery Nurse

Nursery Nurse Hampstead, Camden

September 2026

A warm, high-achieving community primary school in Hampstead, Camden is looking for an experienced Nursery Nurse to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of its Nursery provision, working alongside a Class Teacher and Teaching Assistant.

Nursery Nurse opportunity

Contract

  • Full-time, term time only contract from September 2026
  • £95-100 per day PAYE, with long-term stability in a highly regarded NW3 primary setting

Role Details

  • Work within a small, well-supported Early Years team where staff are valued and involved in school development

Responsibilities

  • As Nursery Nurse, you will lead the daily routines, learning environment, care standards, and practical organisation of the Nursery
  • This Nursery Nurse post requires strong EYFS knowledge, excellent communication, and confidence supporting children's early development

Requirements

  • The successful Nursery Nurse must have substantial nursery experience and a minimum Level 4 Childcare qualification
  • Applicants for this Nursery Nurse role should be confident managing provision, liaising with parents, and supporting behaviour, safeguarding, and personal care routines
