About the Role
We are working with a nursery in the GU7 area of Godalming who are looking for a level 2 or above practitioner to join them. They are looking for a level 2 or above practitioner to join them and support their ethos that the children are at the heart of everything they do.
The nursery are looking for a nursery practitioner to join them who can help them continue to provide a happy, safe and stimulating environment.

- Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children.
- Implement In the Moment Planning (ITMP) to support children's individual interests.
- Facilitate both adult and child-initiated play to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with parents to establish children's starting points and track progress.
- Focus on small groups of children weekly to identify learning needs and next steps.
- Encourage children's independence in their learning journey.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers regarding development.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills.

Job Details
The role is 38 hours a week over 4 days with a salary of £13.50-£16.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
