The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities Include

Creating engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework Planning and delivering age:appropriate activities that support childrens development Supporting childrens individual learning journeys and celebrating their achievements Building positive relationships with parents and carers Completing observations, assessments, and developmental records Promoting childrens wellbeing, safeguarding, and emotional development Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high:quality childcare and education Maintaining excellent standards of safety, cleanliness, and organisation throughout the nursery

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification (or equivalent) Previous experience within an Ofsted:registered nursery setting Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child development A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full potential A commitment to safeguarding and promoting childrens welfare

Desirable Qualifications And Experience

Paediatric First Aid qualification Safeguarding training Experience supporting children with additional needs Food Hygiene certification
