Zero2Five are proud to be working with a high-quality, independent day nursery in Hither Green, seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your childcare career, gain more responsibility, and play a key role in shaping young children's development.
Requirements For This Role
- Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
- Minimum 2 years experience in an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices
- A genuine passion for child development and high-quality care
- Confident, organised, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading and supporting daily routines, activities, and learning experiences
- Planning engaging, development-focused activities
- Acting as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Carrying out observations, assessments, and planning
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Working closely with management to uphold high standards
- Participating in staff meetings and ongoing training
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the nursery
- Ensuring the safeguarding, health, and wellbeing of all children
