Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Whiteley, Fareham, is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You will play a key role in:

Responsibilities
General Duties

Promote high standards of quality within the nursery

Support and supervise playroom staff:
- Ensure day-to-day duties are efficiently managed
- Deploy staff to meet room requirements and maintain required standards
Child & Care Management
- Ensure effective keycarer procedures are in practice:
- Allocated children to key carers appropriately
- Ensure practices align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Parent & Public Relations
- Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents about their child
- Promote the nursery to:
- Current parents
- Potential customers
