Salary: £12.71 - £13.47 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications with regular pay reviews)

Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Whiteley, Fareham, is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You will play a key role in:

Responsibilities

General Duties

  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery

  • Support and supervise playroom staff:

    • Ensure day-to-day duties are efficiently managed
    • Deploy staff to meet room requirements and maintain required standards

Child & Care Management

  • Ensure effective keycarer procedures are in practice:
    • Allocated children to key carers appropriately
  • Ensure practices align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Parent & Public Relations

  • Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents about their child
  • Promote the nursery to:
    • Current parents
    • Potential customers
